New era of wireless sensors
Our innovative system includes wireless sensors that connect to the central FarmWatch Pro base station, displaying both current and historical data with amount of feed in the bin. In the event of not enough feed, fluctuations, FarmWatch Pro immediately notifies the user via SMS messages and phone calls. A mobile app further enhances this system by offering remote access to monitoring, including a virtual map for simple visualization of the agricultural environment.
How does FarmWatch PRO work ?
FarmWatch Pro communicates with wireless radar sensors. Each of these sensors is powered by 3x AA batteries, so they provide uninterrupted operation for about 1 years. To monitor the amount of feed in a specific bin, you only need to place one sensor on top of the bin. The feed information is sent wirelessly to the base station, which not only records the data, but also allows you to view it on the built-in display or via a smartphone app.
When feed anomalies are detected – both not movment or rapid loss – the system will immediately notify the user by sending an SMS with precise details about the location of the problem, the time of occurrence and the cause of the situation. What’s more, the base station initiates a phone call to predefined numbers, continuing to attempt to contact them until one of the recipients accepts the call and confirms receipt of the alert.
